IT'S PERSONAL

It is the philosophy of Omnia Foundation to get involved in projects, which are of great interest and are truly personal to the founders. Through our contributions, we strive to make a perceptible change to those affected.

Rather than giving an impersonal and less noticeable contribution to a large organisation, where the contributions easily disappear among other contributions, administration and the like, the goal for Omnia Foundation is to be personally engaged and fully committed throughout the whole process.

ENTREPRENEURIAL, FIERY SOULS

The entrepreneurial spirit and creative urge is the vital core of OMNIA. Creating ideas and businesses in innovative, exciting ways and seeing them succeed is our driving force. Quality of life is essential, and for us it comes with the immediate success of creative thinking and developing businesses and projects.

THE JOURNEY IS THE GOAL

If you build your business intelligently enough to succeed, profits will come naturally, but the money itself is never the main motivation. However, if a business is profitable, the profits should be spent wisely on meaningful projects, which change the world we live in to something better.

THE PEOPLE SURROUNDING THE FOUNDERS

The founders of OMNIA, Mette and Daniel Hansen, are surrounded by like-minded creative people to whom working is not just a job. The focus on quality of life is embedded through the entire organisation. This is exemplified by the fact that a couple of weeks a year, the working hours of the employees are spent on volunteering.

Furthermore, the founders of OMNIA have a great emphasis on self-realisation and development – when it comes to themselves, their employees as well as charitable projects and the people involved.

The motivation for the full engagement in projects that we get involved in is the positive relations and effects, which rise through the process. Omnia Foundation is driven by perceptible outcomes, and therefore, we get involved in projects, which provide a valuable difference to those affected. We do not commit to projects half-heartedly, and we are personally engaged throughout the entire process.

COME FULL CIRCLE

With Omnia Foundation, we wish to combine the core of OMNIA with charitable projects, and thereby come full circle: What we do, whether it is through our daily jobs or Omnia Foundation, is essentially to be able to focus on projects, which are of great interest and close to the heart of OMNIA. If we can be a part of improving the quality of life for others, it is the ultimate quality of life for ourselves.
